She's having yoghurt, eggs and water. She quit milk a few months ago. And, now we are adding some fruit for breakfast because she becomes more reluctant to vegetables on regular meals.
Alliot, You know, I came back reading this post because I have read some parts of "is your child's brain starving" by Michael R. Lyon, MD, who says it is very important for children to have protein for breakfast as protein is a neurotransmitters. I have to think again about Loulou's breakfast.
