... i'm sad ... i have stopped her drawing class ...
... not sure it's a right decision ...
... for quite some time ... she had struggles and emotions during classes ...
... yes ... she is stubborn ... and difficult to handle ...
... i'm always afraid ... in intense stress ... that she's a torture to her teacher(s) ...

... i appreciate every effort her teacher made ...
... thanks ...

dear Alliot, I also feel so sad when children have to suffer such intense stress. Don't worry indeed, it may be too much for a while ... a the time will come when she'll handle and cope with her emotions. Her drawing is breathtaking ! She's so talented. I'm sure it must be great to teach her, whatever stubborn!... So talented and so alive, so herself. So rare and precious.
Your composition is also breathtaking. Such beauty. Iza's expression in the 5th reminds me very much of your mother's in one of your former posts.
My thoughts are with you and Iza...

A l'exposition Madame Grès, une petite fille dessinait des robes avec beaucoup d'attention...j'ai pensé à Iza, et à ces magnifiques dessins.

let her draw as she pleases without the instruction, you must follow what you feel is best for her. it is obvious she has incredible talent though, i am in awe of these drawings!

Taking her away from this class might free up her time and give her more time for herself. Which she might need and that is why she is stressing so much.

She is immensely talented and talent comes sometimes with a strong temperament. Do not try to tame it too much dear Alliot to fit other people's needs. I hope she continues painting on her own.

I agree every word Yoli said. Hug.

I love love love her drawing.

Don't worry, maybe it is time to take a break. And it may bring you and her some new inspiration.
And stopping the lesson doesn't mean that she will stop drawing in her free time.

Also I love the last picture of Iza. You are a talent mama.

i think her art piece is so interesting and also beautiful. is it an observational drawing? or something that came from her imagination?
as parents we must trust our intuition! and also good to question our decisions. you are doing both!!

Yes, trust your intuition and hers. Can't say much really with just a cyberview of it all. Let her be free as you have done it so well so far. She is a beauty and has a creative mind. Let her and you be! And all with a smile... that is the most important. Kisses to all.
